Confidence Martial Arts would like you to meet one of our 2nd degree black belts: Thor Nielson. Mr. Nielson is 10 years old and has been training with us ever since he was only 3 year years old! Mr. Nielson is one of the highest rank K4K students we have and he works very hard every week. Mr. Nielson got the nickname “Thorpedo” because in XMA class he loves to be thrown and loves trying new trick kicks. He is also apart of our instructor program and has also recently advanced his collar rank from red/black to black/red/black. Mr. Nielson also regularly attends most demos and events our school puts on, and he loves to show off his skills! Recently Thor’s little brother Gunnar who is 4 years old decided to follow in his big brothers foot steps and has recently enrolled in our ATA Tiger class. Mr. Nielson, being in our instructor program, can be found as an assistant instructor on Saturdays helping out with his brothers class. You can tell by the look on his face when he helps his brother that Mr. Nielson is so proud of Gunnar!
