Confidence Martial Arts will be doing a buddy day on Saturday, April 11th from 2:00pm to 3:30pm. The best part about this buddy day is it will be at Defy Gravity!!!!! For those of you who have been there you already know how much fun it is, and for those of you who have not, I’m sure you’ve hear your friends talk about it! Make sure you sign up at the ATA School and join your fellow taekwondo students for a fun filled after noon, and don’t forget to bring your friends with you! We will have a blast trying out our taekwondo techniques while jumping on the trampolines and trying new trick kicks into the foam pits!!
