It’s never to late to get ATA Fit! Join us this Saturday, January 10th from 1pm to 2pm for a free fitness training class for all! No matter how old you are or what level of fitness you are at, this class is open to everyone free for the entire month of January on every Saturday from 1pm-2pm! It’s a full body work out and all you need is a pair of punching gloves. Last weeks class we had age 10 through age 69, some were marathon runners, some have not worked out in years, and everyone finished the hour work out strong.
