Confidence Martial Arts will be having a FREE self defense seminar on Friday, December 11th on hand gun defense. The seminar will be held at our academy at 8:00pm. Students will learn how to defend against hand gun threats from the side of their body. This seminar is Free and open to the public, and every one is welcome whether you have martial arts experience or not. We hold these seminars free as part of our ongoing effort to help build a safer community through knowledge and training.
